- Performs installation, modification, repair, monitoring, operation and troubleshooting tasks on a variety of Building Utility Systems.
- Operates/monitors/verifies ADP Facility Utility Operations are functioning properly and within proper parameters using the Building Automated System (BAS).Determines if the back-up systems/equipment for the Chilled Water plant and/or Power plant are required.
- Serves as a Journeyman Electrician monitoring, recording readings, installing, operating, modifying, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electrical equipment and systems.
- Performs repair tasks to include tracing and locating defects, and performing loads and tests of new and existing electrical lines: ?circuits, systems.
- Locates and diagnoses trouble occurring in the electrical system and equipment and determines the extent of repairs necessary.
- Installs, modifies, repairs, loads, and tests systems, circuits and devices, and determines, arranges, places, and routes distribution panels, boxes, circuits, fittings, connections and controls
