Ballpark Operations Intern
Description of Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee gameday staff around ballpark on gamedays
- Assist with ordering and managing inventory of all food and beverage
- Manage sell price and cost of goods in the point of sale system
- Prepare starting cash at kiosks before each game and confirm final cash count at the end of each game
- Organize food and beverage areas to be ready to serve at gates open
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
COMPENSATION:
- Monthly compensation
- Housing provided
Since the Sabre Dogs are not an accredited academic institution, we cannot offer academic credit to a student. Alternatively, we work with student interns and their institution to fulfill any requirements the student would need to receive academic credit. Our preference is to hire student interns that are concurrently enrolled in an academic internship program. To obtain credit hours for this internship position, candidates must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an academic internship course through their college or university that will run concurrently with this internship opportunity.
