The Job


CNN Tech Training delivers live, virtual and on-demand learning on technology and technical workflows for employees worldwide. Our focus is capability development: to build and deliver agile, engaging content and experiences, creating responsive solutions that equip CNN'ers with the operational skills essential to our storytelling. Tech Training interns will work alongside our trainers, helping to build and deliver

The Daily


Tech Training interns have access and exposure to CNN operations and learning in many different aspects. There are an array of opportunities available in our internship; based on business need and candidate experience, you may be:
  • Conceptualizing, storyboarding and producing video content (for internal learning)
  • Crafting class documentation or tutorial scripts
  • Creating website content (for internal site)


The Essentials

  • Experience in/exposure to broadcast operations, technical production, the editorial process and/or training and teaching.
  • Experience in content creation, writing and/or video production.
  • Interest in learning strategy, training and development.
  • Strong, demonstratable presentation and/or teaching skills.


Internship Program
  • Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for full duration of the internship.
  • Fully remote/virtual experience; company owned laptop provided for the duration of the internship program.
  • Salary based on office location; relocation is not provided.
  • This position is targeted toward undergraduate and graduate students.
