MDRC is currently seeking resource management assistants to join our K-12 Education and Postsecondary policy area groups, which conduct rigorous research on some of the most critical issues in public and higher education. MDRC is recognized as a national leader in postsecondary education research and technical assistance. Our researchers are at the top of the field and work on multiple large-scale projects for a variety of funders, including the U.S. Department of Education, the New York City Department of Education, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among many other private and public organizations seeking to build evidence and knowledge about important educational issues.
We have two open positions, one in each of the following policy areas:

  • Postsecondary Education. This policy area conducts research to gauge the impacts of programs designed to help students from low-income backgrounds succeed academically in community colleges and other postsecondary institutions, and provides support for evidence-based program design based on our findings.
Resource management assistants will support the day-to-day management needs of current and potential new projects as well as the policy area, under the direction of a resource manager.
