Serves as Executive Assistant to the agency Chief Information Officer (CIO), providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support including overseeing special projects and producing analytical reports, correspondence, presentations, and routine documentation.

Serve as the liaison between the CIO and agency staff on administrative activities and issues pertaining to correspondence affecting agency operations. Respond to inquiries and requests, provide accurate and timely information, schedule appointments as needed, and coordinate signatures on written responses where applicable. Screen all CIO-related incoming calls and mail, disseminate as appropriate or solicit input from program staff for an accurate response, maintain suspense files on correspondence related to program areas and ensure timely response. Coordinate all CIO in state and out of state travel arrangements. Attend Information Technology Leadership (ITL) meetings to capture meeting minutes and action items.

Serve as the Information Governance Council (IGC) Secretary. Monitor and report upon the status of the IT team’s action plans. Coordinate the collection of and assembly of status reports, preparing an executive summary for the CIO of all critical updates. Compile and distribute the IT Newsletters. Manage and track personnel action requests. Provide support for hiring/onboarding contractors and other temporary staff. Collect and consolidate IT-related responses to requests for information from internal program areas or external agencies/organizations. Coordinate the timely submission of required annual reports to the Department of Administration regarding current and future state of the agency's IT portfolio. Provide project coordination for bureau-wide events/activities. Lead the planning and execution of OIT Summits and morale events. Provide administrative support to OIT Staff as needed and backup support to other OIT Administrative Staff. Manage conference room calendars. Other duties as assigned.
