Senior HR Representative

This full-time position is responsible for providing consultation and coaching to leaders to ensure alignment of business objectives, culture, and human capital management programs and policies. Responsibilities include building and launching organizational initiatives and programs; leading and managing change; serving as an internal consultant; partnering with operational departments to build workforce planning, engagement, and inclusion strategies. The Senior HR Representative assesses and anticipates human capital and employee relations related needs, and communicates proactively with our departments and divisions to develop timely, inclusive, and value-added solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource Management or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. PHR/SPHR or benefits specific certification is preferred.
2. Five years of HR experience is required and previous HR experience in healthcare is preferred.
