Associate Recruiter - University Relations

 

Reporting to the Manager of Emerging Talent, this role will support the organization’s efforts to identify, recruit, and develop an Emerging Talent (ET) pipeline for Petsmart. As a highly visible and engaged member of the team, this role leverages innovative and contemporary methods of identifying and hiring talented people. This epic human will assist with the execution of formal internship, full-time and other ET programs for the organization. Acting as lead support to the business in campus events, recruiting tasks, and performing ad hoc recruiting as needed, this mover and shaker will need to like organization, be able to prioritize and have fun!
