Specific responsibilities include:
* Utilizing your leadership capacity while transitioning through your assignment within Kohler Hospitality
* Utilizing your hospitality acumen, knowledge, and experience to effectively fulfill the requirements of the assigned position and departments
* Utilizing your strategic and big picture disposition to effectively develop your managerial skills in a hospitality environment
* Upholding Kohler Hospitality Standards while assisting Manager/Supervisor with Restaurant Tasks
* Preparing weekly forecasts and anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to ensure proper service
This internship is available for prospective interns or co-ops. Offering flexibility with the duration of the internship and the working hours provided.
Skills/Requirements
* Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior in a four-year college program
* Emphasis of study preferred to be focused on hospitality, resort, or restaurant management
* Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
