Housing Case Manager

NAMI New Orleans seeks a caring and meticulous team player with a Bachelor’s ($33,000) or Master’s ($36,000) in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Counseling for a full-time Housing Case Manager position.

As a member of our NAMI New Orleans family, you will:

1) Assist clients in securing permanent housing and help ensure that clients do not return to homelessness.

2) Provide CPST and PSR services.

3) Document all billable services, assessments and treatment plans in the electronic health record on the same day the service was rendered.

4) Negotiate with landlords and develop rapport with property managers
