Starting Annual Salary: $39,157                                                              Pay Grade:     2210

GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
Under the direction of higher classification, performs advanced level work developing, implementing, and maintaining data and performance processes to measure, evaluate, and assure quality and performance of all Human Development and Services Administration programs; or responsible for the day-to-day implementation and coordination of data management activities for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Work involves responsibility for highly complex review of applications for various programs and services assuring compliance with state and federal performance requirements. Work requires the exercise of independent judgment in accordance with specific funding source requirements. Work is reviewed through conferences, written reports, discussions, and observation of results obtained. Performs other work as requested.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, epidemiology, behavioral science, public administration, or related field, and one year of experience in data management in the health field.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Fluency in the use of database software required.
