Business Sales Specialist

Denton, TX 
Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm 

OVERVIEW: 
Working as a Full-Time Business Sales Specialist, you will support customer development and continued growth of our large customers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 
o Developing and growing the corporate relationship 
o Quoting and sourcing product for customers 
o Working with the District Managers and local account teams across the country to grow existing business and to add additional new business at each plant location 

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: 
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements 
o Possess at least 1 year of sales work experience 
o Excellent written and oral communication skills 
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and have strong math aptitude 
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented 
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail 
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills 
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
o Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time 
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork 
o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs 
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) 

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
o Possess a degree in Business/Marketing or a related education 
o Possess at least 2 years of industry related sales work experience 
o Demonstrate knowledge of material management programs and cost savings documentation 
o Prior work experience and success in key account sales
