Quality Assurance Analyst
Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is seeking college graduates with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) for multiple full-time positions for the of the launch the Autism@Work program with a Fortune 500 global financial services firm based in northern New Jersey. The following positions are available:
Quality Assurance Analyst
The Analyst will drive innovation in quality engineering, maintain governance around quality engineering and technology data, develop and publish key metrics and reports, and develop solutions to advance QE practices, controls, and processes. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required as well as strong knowledge of Java and SQL.
Software Engineer
The Engineer will be testing and developing high-volume applications using Java 1.8/JEE framework and creating a powerful cards and payments platform for the future. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is required. Experience using Java 8+ to build object-oriented solutions is required.
Integrate works with employers to help them identify, recruit and retain qualified professionals on the autism spectrum for their specific hiring needs. Our goal is to increase inclusive competitive employment for college graduates with autism.
