Campus President
Miami Dade College, one of the largest and most diverse institution of higher education in the nation is accepting applications for Campus President (Multiple Openings).
The Campus President is a visionary, innovative leader that is continuously improving campus programming and operations to serve the needs of our student population. The position is accountable for key outcomes related to the strategic leadership of a campus, serves as the head of the campus management team, and is a member of the College leadership team, aligning campus goals and activities to the overall mission and vision of the College.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and is accountable for the execution and related outcomes of the campus strategic plan that is aligned with the overall college mission, vision and strategic plan
- Plans, develops, implements and executes a campus enrollment and productivity framework that is aligned with overall college enrollment and productivity goals
- Establishes the development and implementation of innovative, high quality educational programs and support programs with a focus on programs tied to local workforce needs
- Enhances, develops and implements campus-based, student centered academic and support services to promote student success and completion
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree and ten (10) years of senior level administrative and managerial experience required in a higher education environment. All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
- Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills that promote dedication, integrity, creativity, innovation, growth, and accountability
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing new strategies and procedures
