QA analyst
Job Description
Looking for a QA Analyst, an opportunity for a self-starting individual with a strong technical skill set and software testing knowledge. Resource should be able to perform basic testing in all stages of SDLC. Identify defect by executing the test cases, validate the test cases, raise the bugs, keeps rack of the bugs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct software testing and provide pass and fail criteria. Ability to work in all phases from approvals during development testing cycle, integration, release, software development phases
- Able to execute manual test cases and plans based on product functional specifications.
- Ability to report the bugs and keep a track of them.
- Document software defects in the issue-tracking system
- Analyze software issues to determine root causes and provide detailed reports or enhancement suggestions to the IT development teams.
- Remain up to date with testing technologies/methodologies, QA industry standards, principles and practices
- Ability to work extensively on MS Excel.
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology any other degree.
- Ideally a has exposure or experience in IT for one- or two-years software quality assurance practices.
