Operations Rotation

Shift Markets provides enterprise-level technology to clients launching global Crypto Exchanges. The firm’s turnkey package includes a front-end trading platform, back office, order management system and liquidity. Shift’s team serves a global clientele from its New York City headquarters with locations in EU and Asia as well. We are offering a valuable opportunity for placement in our Rotational Program. The Rotational Program gives individuals the ability to explore several different teams over a 6 to 12 month period, concluding with placement on the team.

We currently have openings for an Operations Rotation, which has a focus on client onboarding and success. This Rotation will enhance an individual’s understanding of crypto exchange operations, FX brokerage operations, international financial regulation, project management, product management, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and entering the industry for the first time, whether just out of school or changing careers. It is important to note this program features hands-on experience and is not a formal training program.

Rotations
·  Client Onboarding
o Design and configure crypto exchange technology for clients
o Project management of client onboarding process
o Train clients on trading platforms (mobile and desktop)
o Help to manage product development on client and company wide levels
·  Client Success
o Act as the go-to advisor for clients to help them improve and grow their exchange
o Provide personalized service to clients with a diverse array of product needs.
o Focus on product upsells to increase company profits
o Work extensively with Excel, Google apps, and Jira.

Qualifications
·  Leadership experience
·  Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a major in business or finance (or a related field such as economics) a plus.
