Software Developer (UX/UI Front-End)
The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking candidates for an entry-to-mid-level software, web application developer to join our team of dedicated professionals who are building database-backed web applications to simplify and automate business processes. Our team develops and collaborates in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
· Understanding of UX/UI principles
· Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
· Proficient understanding of JavaScript frameworks including jQuery and Vue.js
· Experience with client- and server-side scripting
· Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
· Must be able to work effectively both independently and with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2 to 5 years of web application development experience
· Strong customer service skills
