Swire Management Trainee Programme 2019

The Swire Management Trainee Programme has two sub-programmes - Group Staff and House Staff. Both programmes offer the same, highly competitive compensation and benefits package and they’ll give you experience in the commercial, operational and customer aspects of the business. However, the industry and geographical scope of each varies.

What we offer
  • Career progression: For Group Staff, you’ll be based mainly in Hong Kong, Mainland China and potentially some international locations; you’ll get to know an entire industry through job rotations across multiple functions. For House Staff, you’ll experience international postings across multiple countries on job rotations.

What we need
  • You have the ambition, tenacity and potential to develop into a senior leader with Swire.
  • You are culturally sensitive and quickly adaptable to new roles and situations.
  • You exhibit the Swire values of excellence, endeavor, humility, continuity and integrity.
  • You have or are expecting an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2.1/GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum HKDSE 5, TOEFL 80, TOEIC 750 or equivalent).
  • International experiences through internships or study abroad are an advantage.
