ROLE SYNOPSIS 

Our Future Leaders Program (FLP) is an international 4-year rotation program which takes enthusiastic, talented people from a range of professional backgrounds and gives them the skills and opportunities to drive our business forward. You will be a permanent employee from the day you join us. The program consists of 2, 24-month rotations within one of our distinctive capability areas; your second rotation could be international depending on your development requirements and BP’s business needs.

Our global program will make the most of your potential, talent and experience. All while giving you the skills and opportunity to lead BP into the future and develop your own long-term career. We’ll ask you to share your ambitions, strengths and ideas, so together, we can tailor the best development program to suit and stretch you.

We have opportunities for 2019 across: China, United States, Australia, Poland, Spain and Germany. We offer a number of paths to join the program. Whichever you choose, you can expect variety and plenty of scope to put innovation to work, as you explore our global business.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Requirements: You’ll need an undergraduate degree plus an MBA, PhD, MSc or MA and at least five years’ experience.
