Project Administrator

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position, no experience required. We provide on-the-job training and real-world experience in a professional setting. 

We’re a growing chemical company looking for an individual who is organized, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated for our Project Administrator role.

You’ll handle administrative tasks such as updating document databases, tracking project progress with external vendors, and keeping team members in the loop.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and clerical duties to support the project supervisor and team members with day-to-day operations
  • Track and share project statuses, updates, and timelines
  • Communicate between internal teams and external vendors to keep everyone updated
  • Keep documents, reports, and project data organized and up to date
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

We're looking for someone who is/can:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, able to manage schedules, and stay on top of multiple projects at once
  • Communicate clearly and professionally (written & verbal)
  • Take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify and resolve errors

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Interest in science, cosmetics/personal care, and/or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, or project coordination
